My background is in behavior analysis and nervous system-based work, which I integrate into a more real-world, flexible approach.
I’ve built a life outside the default path: living abroad, working remotely, and navigating the freedom and uncertainty that come with it. I know what it’s like to feel both capable and overwhelmed. To be in new environments, making constant decisions, and trying to create structure where none exists.
A lot of what I struggled with wasn’t a lack of motivation, it was trying to force myself into systems that didn’t fit how I actually function.
That’s what led me here.
