ABOUT BRITTANY BASCO, BCBA

I’m Bri Basco, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing behavioral assessment and consultation for children, families, and adults.

I help people understand why behavior is happening and what to do about it in real life.

My work focuses on emotional regulation, communication, and building practical systems that make daily life feel more manageable and sustainable. This includes support with nonverbal communication, adaptive skills, parent coaching, and creating routines that actually stick.

Rather than just reducing behavior, I focus on building skills that increase independence, clarity, and confidence.

My approach blends behavioral science with a grounded, collaborative style. I work closely with individuals and families to create strategies that fit naturally into their environment.

Support should feel practical, compassionate, and rooted in real life — not overwhelming, rigid, or disconnected.

I often work with families navigating autism, individuals building independence, and adults creating more structure and regulation in their lives.

METHOD

Evidence-Based Approaches

I utilize evidence-based behavioral approaches alongside Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, somatic, and mindfulness-informed practices to support meaningful change to create individualized plans that address each child's needs. My focus is on understanding the root causes of behavioral issues, using data-driven methods to promote effective communication and establish healthy routines. By creating a collaborative environment, I encourage active participation from families to ensure successful outcomes.
